Customer Feedback - Purchase of Ford C-Max from Platts Motor Company

I have recently purchased a secondhand C-Max from your Marlow branch.
I was very impressed with the service as I did not feel pressured into making a decision. I was given opportunity to return with my parents to ensure they could manage to safely get in and out the car.
John Wheeler was very helpful and demonstrated all the points on the car, e.g. how to fold the rear seats, as well as ensuring I was informed about all the paperwork etc required to trade in my old car and purchase the new one. His caring attitude contributed to the sense of being valued as a customer.
I have been very pleased with the car and would certainly recommend Platts to friends and family.
