Able to discuss ranges and options of cars
Car clean and delivered on time
Local service

Better next time
As a customer, it is irrelevant who gets the sale - the customer deals with whoever is working at the time, not only the point of first contact; the customer should not be in the middle.
Perhaps think about "add on" services for the future - eg winter tyre options as in German garages, or whatever

I would actually like to take this opportunity to thank you and all of your staff there at Platts for the wonderful service that was provided throughout the purchase. I met with Chris Reeves who sorted everything out for me and went above and beyond what I expected from any "car sales man". I was made to feel welcome whenever I came in and was always spoken to with excellent manner both on the phone and in person. My Partner had purchased the same vehicle 2 weeks earlier from another Main dealer in the area and I must say the service I had from your team was 100% better than the service he had received. I have never been through the process before of getting a vehicle brand new and did not know what to expect but Chris made sure I knew exactly what was happening and how to proceed and I always felt well informed throught the entire process. I honestly think that the service I received from Platts was the best customer service I have experienced anywhere. Thank you and the whole team there for making this process smooth fast and pleasant. I will be back and so will my Partner next time he upgrades his car! Keep up the good work!
