The ordering process was very easy and Paul was very helpful, there was a slight glitch at the delivery stage due to taxing of the car, this caused me a little inconvenience as I had put off another appointment to collect the car which in the event was not ready for a further few days. So far the car has been working well with no delivery snags, I would gladly recommend your services but would not expect to buy another car for at least 10 years.

Thank you for your e-mail. I should like to thank Platts and especially Chris Reeves for organising the supply and delivery of my new Motability Ford Fiesta. The whole organisation, both Motability and Platts worked efficiently and made it very easy for me to choose my new car. Chris especially was most helpful and always cheerful, although as my previous car was a Fiesta I was quite used to the make. The new model is very good and comfortable and no doubt I shall get used to the different layout of the cabin. The car itself is very good and I anticipate the next three years being as enjoyable as the previous three years ownership of a Ford Fiesta.
