I was extremely impressed by the service I received from Platts. I needed to buy a car at very short notice and had phoned a couple of dealers in the area, none of whom had been particularly helpful and had only told me to "come along to the dealership and we'll see what we can do". When I spoke to Paul Harding his "can-do" attitude was amazing and he immediately secured me as a customer by offering to provide a loan Car in the event that he could not source a vehilce within my timescale. However, with the help of Chris reeves, Paul did find the car i wanted at a very good price and, having placed my first call to him on the wednesday, I was able to pick up my new car on the Saturday. Paul and Chris made the whole purchase experience completely pain free. I will certainly be using Platts in the future to service my Ka and for any future Ford purchases.
