We write to say a big, big thank you for the impressive way your team handled the recent sale of a used i20 to my teenage daughter and a new Santa Fe to me.
Chris, Mike, Jim, John (in the service department) and Sophie were extremely efficient and friendly at all times and made the experience a thoroughly pleasant one. Chris in particular, who oversaw the transactions, was extremely helpful and made what might have been a complex process of trading in two cars, the transferring of two personalised plates and the purchase of the two vehicles, as hassle free as possible. I think all too often these days, people are quick to criticise and slow to praise. We received an excellent service from Chris Veal and have been very pleased with the car. The only problem was the fuel guage, and that was dealt with very efficiently and we hope the fault has now been rectified. We will call back at the garage if we are not completely happy.

I was impressed by your salesman, Chris Veal, who bent over backwards to ensure things worked out smoothly. He was patient and courteous on the test drive before he knew I was going to commit, and he was helpful throughout the process of the sale. He picked us up from my offices to collect the car, after previously
dropping me off two days earlier when I handed over my car in part-exchange. Once the sale was complete, he took pains to show me around the workings of the new car, which was most appreciated. By the way, on the day I bought the car, Chris mentioned the service plan and pitched me a direct debit price which on reflection was probably slightly too high for me to opt for.
