Vehicle safety is a matter of life and death. You will want your MOT check to be carried out by a test centre that you can trust to do a fair assessment of your vehicle. Recent data, published by the Vehicle Inspectorate (VOSA), has put us in the top 25% of all MOT test centres in the country, in terms of the quality and accuracy of the DVLA MOT test. We have been running an MOT test centre in Marlow for over 50 years and believe we are the number one place to conduct the MOT check.

Once a vehicle reaches its 3rd birthday, it is subject to an annual Ministry of Transport test. This is to ensure all vehicles on the road are safe to use, and minimise their environmental impact.

We can carry out the MOT Test up to one calander month before the expiry date of the existing MOT certificate, ot the vehicles first birthday if this is its first MOT. The next MOT date will automatically be forward dated to 12 months after the existing certificate expires. This gives you plenty of time to get any repairs carried out before your old MOT certificate expires.

The MOT is very strictly controlled, structured and administered by the VOSA. This means random audits and mystery tests. As an authorised MOT centre we comply with the requirements of the test to the letter. This can at times appear to be a bureaucratic and inflexible process, however the purpose of this is to maintain a consistent and fair level of testing.

PLEASE NOTE: due to the registration system in the UK, there are peaks in demand for MOT's in January, March, July, August and September. You are advised to book well in advance if your vehicle is due it's MOT during these periods, and you want a specific appointment time.
