I would like to advise that I was utterly satisfied in every way with my experience of choosing a new car with your company. It was an extremely pleasant venture, thanks to all your staff and mostly to your attentive agent, Mr. Mike Scrafield. I had a list of essential requirements for a replacement car and he was extremely knowledgeable about all your available models and assisted me in choosing the right one for me. I am more than satisfied with the car, it is just perfect. Although I am now retired, I do a lot of driving and the level of comfort and refinement on the I30 model ticks all the boxes and makes driving truly enjoyable for me once more. I must congratulate your staff on providing a first class impressive service.

just want to tell you that you have the most wonderful staff! I have been having my services with you for years and in September when my car was written off, your staff were amazing. Starting with Guy and your service department and then Jim and Mick in sales, I cannot fault any off them. The care, attention and advice that they gave me were second to none, so much so that I did not bother to look anywhere else for a replacement car. Mick came and delivered the car and we had both not realised that there were no mats; he came out the next day in his lunch hour to bring me a new set!! Service above and beyond the call of duty!

I've owned my i30 for 4 months and I am very pleased with it. The
premium with 1.6 CRDi was an excellent choice. Only driven 3300 miles, but two long journeys were a pleasure. Jim Adkins is a pleasure to deal with and the after sales support has been very good. The stainless steel sill guards were a bother as they wouldn't reliably stick down (returned and refunded). The radio doesn't work as per the brief manual instructions, i.e. local autosearch mode, but this is a minor inconvenience (under investigation, but no resolution yet). I would definitely recommend both the i30 and Platts. Thank you, regards, Martin Platts Hyundai, High Wycombe

Sir, We were very satisfied with the response the day we enquired on the changing of our Lantra to a i30 Estate. We did not feel under any pressure to buy. The one thing we did like very much was the ability to take a test drive on our own, to test what mattered to us, without a salesman looking over our shoulder.
