The Stylish Hyundai ix35 comes packed with intelligent features including Bluetooth® connectivity with voice recognition,
reversing sensors, follow me home headlights and heated front and rear seats (outer bases only). Not only packed with creature
comforts, the ix35 is also fully loaded with the latest safety features such as 6 airbags, ABS, Hill start assist, down hill brake
control, Emergency stop signal where the rear brake lights will flash under heavy braking to warn other drivers and
ESP as standard. The ix35 features the striking 'X-design' centre console which is immersed in pale blue light that soothes
the eyes on long journeys. The ix35 is available in 1 petrol engine and 2 diesel engines with the option of 2 wheel drive or
4 wheel drive. The ix35 also comes with the option of two additional packs; the Media pack and the Individual pack each adding
some extra clever features to the already jam packed ix35.

Customer Feedback - Purchase of Hyundai ix35 from Platts Motor Company
Having purchased my new vehicle from you because of my previous experience from your company. I was not disappointed. I would like to thank individually:- Mike who took our original order, John who handled the hand over (and other vital extra bits!), Jim who sorted out the rather complicated vehicle trade ins and last but not least Sophie who sorted out my personal plate. All of your staff are always pleasant especially Guy and Brian in your service dept, who are extremely friendly and helpful when I visit. One 'tiny niggle' was that I didn't realise there was only 50 mls worth of fuel in the vehicle, I very nearly got caught short!

We are very pleased with the new IX35 that we bought from your High Wycombe dealership a few days ago. We had previously had Fords, most of which we had bought from your Marlow base over a considerable number of years. We changed this time because our Kuga was manual gear, and although we liked it, we really wanted an automatic gear box. It was John Wheeler who suggested we take a look at the IX35.
In your Wycombe showroom we met Chris Veal who was most helpful and informative. The car was prepared in good time and everything was done as promised. I have often written to you in response to your feedback requests relative to my dealings with Marlow, and have consistently given you the highest score. The service there has always been outstanding and, on the basis of this one experience, the service at Wycombe is of the same standard.
We moved from Medmenham to Abingdon about three years ago when I retired but we still use Platts for all purchases and service - and we have no intention of changing that.

Firstly I would like to thank Chris at the Wooburn Moor showroom for the friendly and professional way in which the sale was made, regarding the vehicle it's self so far, although I have not driven it on a long journey as yet I know that I have purchased the correct vehicle for our needs. The construction and finish of the vehicle is first rate and trust that it gives us many carefree miles of motoring.

The sales process was very good. Chris Veal was very honest about list price / part exchange offer / delivery times so we did not waste any times on pointless negotiations etc.
I picked up my car on Sat 16th Oct after ordering in late June. I was advised of the long wait and the delivery form specified Sept/Oct so my expectations were suitably managed. I have to confess after reading various horror stories on the web on other customers order times I was beginning to get a little worried so when Chris Veal rang me on Monday 11th to advise my car had arrived I was a little surprised. Perhaps a little more notice might have helped but as it was it all turned out fine as I managed to sell my car privately within a couple of days so funds were all in place ready for collection. The 7 day free insurance helped whilst I organised my own cover too. A nice touch.
The collection day went very well - even with some bank card problems which were soon resolved. Handover was good and I felt Chris Veal would have spent as much time we needed on questions etc.
The car is absolutely brilliant, I can't fault it at all. Everything I was hoping for and more.
If I can offer one piece of feedback - I don't like the Platt's sticker
on the boot. If I could not have had this I would have done as I don't think it's necessary.
