How to secure a load in a Ford Ranger with tie-downs

The Ford Ranger is built to do the hard work of carrying large loads. Whatever your hauling in the back, here’s how to secure the load safely:

1. Keep your load as far forward (close to the cabin) as possible.

2. Centre the load in the Ford Ranger’s load bed.

3. Use both tie-down points to secure the load in place. Left AND right. With bungee cords, straps, rope, or whatever you’re tying your load with.
